Welcome

Welcome to Fortuna's Archive. Fortuna is the Roman goddess of fortune and is considered the personification of luck, and was also the goddess of fate. That's a pretty impressive resume! With titles like that, she's a goddess any author would want in their corner.

This site is dedicated to helping authors, not only with luck and well wishes, but also through thorough critiques and practice. You can learn more about the staff and other authors by checking out our forum over at fortunasgarden.com.

Don't forget to check out our Terms of Service

New Affiliates page!

To make our lives a little easier, and keep all the information in one place, we have created a subdomain for our affiliates page (we have like a zillion of them, so we might as well use them.) The new page is linked from the menu bar at the top as well as a redirect board in the forums. Go check it out! As always, if you want to become affiliated with Forutna's sites, just send an email to admin@fortunasarchive.com, angel@fortunasgarden.com, or me tony@fortunasgarden.com.

Thanks!

New Affiliate!

We have a new Affiliate here at Fortuna's Garden. We are always looking for wonderful, supportive and fun sites to affiliate ourselves with and Gluttony embodies all of that and more.

Gluttony is designed to host Harry Potter Fan Fiction, Original Fiction, Original Poetry Collections, Drabbles and RPG Fan Fiction. With the MANY sites out there, Elena has created a great archive and forum that will hopefully become another place where you can relax with a cuppa and read some really fantastic stories. Don't forget to check out their forum, Temperance as well.

If you'd like to become an affiliate with us please contact Tony or myself either on Fortuna's Garden or through email at tony@fortunasgarden.com or angel@fortunasgarden.com or admin@fortunasarchive.com.

A new challenge!!

We are working on a new challenge here at Fortuna's, the "Get Your Story Out" challenge! As NaNoWriMo quickly approaches, we are thinking of ways to keep your writing after the inevitable burn out that comes along with writing 50,000 words in a month. The rules of this challenge are simple, work your butt off to get a piece that you can send to be published!

There is more information about the challenge over at Fortuna's Garden and in Fortuna's Blog, so go read about it and start planning now!

Fortuna's Blog

I thought I would post a short news item to announce that our wonderous little coding genius (Tony... in case you were wondering) has done it once again. He has been working tirelessly over the last couple days to create our new exciting feature... the Fortuna's Blog.

We thought it would be a fun addition to the sites to have a little blog that we can post odd admin ramblings, site news, and any other tidbits of information that we thought our members would find interesting.

So thanks to Tony we present you with Fortuna's blog. Feel free to also check out Tony's and my blogs as well. They are bound to be a bit more .... special. Yes special is a good word for it.
